The parmo is the best in the area without a question! Fast delivery was around 45 minutes on a saturday! Great drivers. 5* all around and it always is 5* ive never had a bad experience couldnt reccomend mondos enough!

We buy often from here but this time it was poor. The pizza was so thick of tomato paste that it spoilt the food. The base wasn't fully cooked in the middle. The garlic bread was lovely. Plenty taste and crispy. Donner meat n chips.....we've slways bought the large but this time there was very little meat. It was half a portion of what we usually get for same size. We counted six strips of meat in the box. Normally box is hard to shut with so much meat but this one was light, not even full. Next time we want kebab or pizza well try somewhere else. This isnt first moan about their food, we complained a long time ago about missing items although they did deliver those items later. Garlic sauce was lovely. Their food was disappointing. Looked like whoever cooked our order was having an off day and customer got the wrath. Half portions for full price just makes me go elsewhere. As for pizza, it's not a pleasant taste when there's so much tomato paste put on the base.....awful

Online says comes with pitta and salad. Didn’t come with this. Paid for garlic and chilli. Didn’t get this either. Wouldn’t hand over without more cash in the shop. Will not be returning

The order was supposed to arrive at 7:47pm. When the food was 30 minutes late I called the shop to ask if there was a problem. They informed me the food was out for delivery. At 8:45pm I called again to say nothing had come and they asked me to wait longer as it was out for delivery, they also enquired about my address and how I ordered multiple times after asking if I was in a town 20 minutes in the wrong direction. By 9:10pm I was on the phone again to which I was told their driver claimed he delivered the food 1.5 hours earlier but had not. They said it would be remade and brought to my house fresh, I asked if I was going to be refunded because if the terrible service to which I was offered a bottle of pop or a margarita as a way of apology. At 9:45 the food arrived but the driver went to the wrong house and stood outside and if I had not looked out the window he would have left again meaning he probably delivered the first set of food to the wrong house in the first place. We placed the order at 7:02pm and we got it at 9:45pm 2 hours and 43 minutes later, unacceptable service. When the food did arrive it was a lower standard than previous orders, the pizzas were mostly grease and the chicken kebab was small and sub par and the chips were dry. I will not be returning to Mondo again.

1 hour 20 delivery on a Thursday. 20 minutes late. Called, lady on the phone short and rude. Food arrived, cold and soggy. VERY disappointed.
